I wish I could give -10 for this company.
Ordered a mattress topper through Debenhams. . It’s so thin it’s a joke. Trying to return has been a nightmare. They don’t answer emails or messages. You cannot return without informing them first. After 2 weeks they tell to return at my cost £7.55 to get my refund in the same state I received it in the same packaging. It was in a compressed bag?‍♀️?‍♀️ impossible.PayPal have said they will refund but only when I return it at my expense. Shocking company. Never use Debenhams third party sellers.

If I could give 0 then I would. I purchased a mattress topper from this company through Debenhams website. I received the wrong item. The item was collected for return by the currier that was organised by them. I received no notification of refund. I received notification of the item being signed for at the other end. I payed for the item through klarna so put a stop on payments whilst investigated. This company are still demanding payment.

Purchased a prelit decorated garland from this company through Debenhams. The garland arrived promptly but is faulty and extremely poorly decorated. I’ve been waiting for over a week, for them to respond to Debenhams so I can get my refund. Awful company.

Has anyone reported Home Online Stores Ltd T/A GroundLevel to Trading Standards. Had an awful experience with them and have taken money & not replaced or refunded for a faulty egg chair. It seems this is a common theme. Please be aware of this company when ordering items which may be via other retailers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!! One star actually means zero stars . Placed an order thru Debenhams of 2 luxury reclining chairs on 14th June and paid for 2 day delivery …. Still not received item as of 25th June

UPDATE: has now been 40 days since I placed my order and still have not received my order or a refund. If you contact Debenhams who the item was ordered via, are lucky if they reply within 3 days. Very stressful and time consuming and disgusting that this company should be allowed to operate. I am contacting Trading Standards so please save yourself the hassle and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Heated clothes airer purchased from this company and used in line with instructions however the side of one wing came apart exposing live wires where you are hanging your wet laundry! Following a hospital stay I was delayed in contacting for a refund and they've now declined to refund or replace as outside 6 months which I think is really poor. No apology or acknowledgement during contact, just advised wont refund.
Not worth buying a product for it to break after 4 months.
From the reviews you can see others have broken too.
Would avoid and go with someone with less dangerous and better quality products and service.

Ordered a month ago with a delivery of 20-25th September, now 9th October and still no delivery. Ordered via b and q website under the understanding I was ordering from b and q, paid only to realise that it’s a verified seller that is allowing them to use their platform to sell. Not impressed at all and still waiting

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I ordered a travel stroller for a holiday on June 10th through The Range. It still has not arrived, and I don’t think it ever will arrive. The Range have not been helpful at all, and Home Online Stores LTD are impossible to contact. In the end, I had to get in contact with my bank. They have disputed the payment as the item was never received. Please do not order through this company!!!!!!
