I brought in some jewelry for cleaning and an old family ring that needed fixing. The ring's been passed down for generations, but it had a crack in it. During my visit, I had the pleasure of hearing the heartwarming story of how one of the brothers was introduced to the world of jewelry by his father, who has been in the business for years. When I picked everything up, I was blown away! All my jewelry looked brand new, and the ring was perfect. These guys really know their stuff and are so nice to chat with. I give them a solid 10/10 and definitely recommend checking them out! Their attention to detail and craftsmanship are exceptional.

Hi-Tone, a family owned business, was recommended by friends of mine based on their integrity, knowledge, honesty and pricing. I took my sterling Gucci bracelets to a local jeweler for repairs and was told one would cost $180 and the other $440 to solder. I was informed they would be sent back to Gucci. I stopped by Hi-Tone and they only charged $15 each. Wow! I was so impressed with the finished result! They both look brand new. They also hand polished my sterling pieces and they look better than when I purchased them. I will certainly return and spread the word. Thank you, Kevin

Family ran business that operates through integrity and honesty. I was very nervous going in as I would be making one of the biggest purchases of my life, an engagement ring. They were every patient with me and informed me about different sizes of diamonds and metals. Once they created me a custom ring, my jaw almost dropped with how beautiful it was. I would HIGHLY recommend this jewelry store to all my friends and family. The atmosphere is great and the prices are better.

I took my sterling silver diamond tennis necklace to be repaired after I broke it being careless. I've lived in San Antonio for 13 years and I've just discovered the greatest jewelry repair shop and team... I've ever encountered in my almost 47 years on this great planet. I dropped it off Saturday afternoon and it was ready for pickup about 90 minutes later. The young men (who are also siblings) who run the shop are excellent examples of diligence, pride, and high quality work. They were very personable and professional. I paid a quarter of what I anticipated it to be and the outcome was phenomenal. I plan on making Hi-Tone Jewelry my got jeweler in perpetuity. Do yourself a favor and give them a try... you'll be thoroughly satisfied. Everyone stay out and have a great Navy day✌?

Awesome place! Very knowledgable, understood my budget, and kept me in the loop while the custom piece was being made. Turnaround time was also super quick, which was nice because I procrastinated on my holiday shopping a ton. Came in panicked on a Friday and they had the piece ready the next day! Family own business so the prices aren’t absurd compared to these name brand companies. Amazing custom pieces (hand made). Will give you exactly what you asked for. Great communication and will have orders done in a timely manner. If you don’t like them then you’re the problem ?
