LV ON THE BALL AKA Chris and Tara ,has an unconventional approach to welcoming new residents by asking them to paint their entire house within a month of moving in. This seems like an unreasonable request and could be quite burdensome for new homeowners.

Additionally, their partnership with Ashley Towing Company to profit from residents' needs for towing services raises ethical questions. It appears they may prioritize making money over providing fair and reasonable services to residents. To my understand, Ashley could come in whenever they want if they are short on cash.

Spending $1000 on Christmas decor that ends up being minimal, such as just a few wreaths on the main gate, seems like a waste of resources. It's disappointing to see money being spent frivolously on decorations rather than on improving community services or amenities.

Finally, running out of funds and subsequently increasing the monthly HOA fees is a frustrating experience for residents. It suggests a lack of financial planning and management by the HOA board, which can lead to dissatisfaction among homeowners.

Overall, these practices reflect poorly on the HOA's management and priorities, and I would caution potential residents to carefully consider these factors before moving into the community.

I wanted to leave a review here from two perspectives- first as a member of my HOA board and then as a member of my community in general.

We had a different management company who functioned as the HOA board as my neighborhood was being built. They never took care of issues, and come to find out, when they were finally replaced by On The Ball, they had made multiple mistakes involving the finances of our community (to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars). Chris and his team were able to get a lot of this resolved very quickly and recovered some of the funding we were owed by the builder. We also had more outstanding balances with unpaid HOA dues than what we should have an On The Ball got us to a far better place.

As a resident, I see people here complaining about enforcement of the rules. Unfortunately, that is the way things go when you live in a community with an HOA. Although people don't realize it, a lot of these rules are for safety and to comply with county and state ordinances. It's an important lesson to read through your CC&Rs before signing documents for a home purchase because they include rules about parking, landscaping and upkeep of homes. Builders lie to sell you houses and tell you what you want to hear- it's unfortunate but true. However, don't blame the HOA board for enforcement or rules. If you have issues with the rules, attend meetings and suggest changes.

On The Ball property management has been working with my HOA for over a year now. I have to say the quality of service, and attention to detail this team provides is WAY superior to the prior management company I dealt with. They have been very present in the community, quick to address any community issues, and have looked for ways to improve the HOA insurance, maintenance, budget, and lower monthly dues for the homeowners. Very Impressed!

James at On The Ball is amazing. The prior HOA management messed up my file. It was nonexistent basically. Had to start from ground zero. I am selling my house and had to deliver multiple things in a very short period of time. James never hesitated, always handled my questions and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I'm sad to leave an HOA service that is so amazing. I can only hope my new one is anything like James and On The Ball. The name of the company suits James and team perfectly! Thanks James!

I would like to start out this review by saying I have only communicated with James once, and he was professional with his response. Chris Peitsch, the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He has threatened me with fines over a situation that was resolved in the past. He targets homes in the neighborhood. A great example of this is the parking situation. Several people park in non-parking areas all the time by my residence, is there ever a notice on those cars? No. I was loading my vehicle on morning, being in front of my house for no longer than 10 minutes and guess what, a notice on my windshield. I will even go as far as saying there is a certain vehicle on my street that habitually parks in front of their house and do they ever get notices? No. When I spoke to Chris about his new policy on designating certain parking areas to non-parking areas, his answer was "It will improve visibility for motorists within the community". I have noticed that there was an area for overflow parking on Casco Bay which held up to six vehicles. That area is now painted red, no parking zone. After other conversations with Chris, he said that his intentions were to mark all corners with stop signs and fire hydrants areas red. Meanwhile the corner of Casco and Eastham Bay, which is a corner with a stop sign, is unpainted. This is an example of how contradicting this man is. I agree with painting corners and hydrant areas but when I brought up why the overflow area was painted red, he had no answer an could only ask for my address. He continued to send condescending responses and seemed to be triggered by me standing up to him, typical bully behavior. He has walked onto my property looking for things to send notices about and yes, I have video of him doing this. There is a petition started to remove him from our neighborhood. The real question I have for Chris is, Do you work for the community or yourself? He makes decisions that do not benefit the community and I believe the changes he makes are simply changes that he can try and catch people not obeying the rule so he can send them his cute letter. This guy is a cancer for the neighborhood and needs to be relieved of his duties.

Called Chris P. for a followup on rear yard approval today and he sounded upset that i called. I asked him why the approval letter was not process when it was been submitted last year and told me that he doesnt know! And he was not the Community manager at that time. He gave me a timeframe last week that it would take a week for the approval letter I followup because that is the time frame that he gave me and now he is upset?! Very poor communication to house owner I hope they talked to us more and updated us on our concern.

Valona HOA switched to On The Ball almost a year ago. As a board member, I cannot be happier with the service they provide. They were able to swiftly get our financials in order from the previous poor management. We no longer have to worry about things getting done, and we can lower our monthly assessments next year. They are super responsive and have followed through with everything, unlike our previous management. Switching to On The Ball was the best decision our board has made!

I am a realtor in Las Vegas and often have to contact HOA management companies to order HOA documents for buyers and their agents. I am beyond impressed at the service I just received from On The Ball. The HOA package of CC&R documents was received in a day and a half -- this normally takes 10 days. Plus, the HOA office was available and responsive by both phone and email when I called them. What a pleasure this company is to deal with!
