On a $1500+ order, some of the products I received were dirty, corroded, and simply unacceptable. I contacted my sales rep the day I received them and after a few weeks of no help finally got fed up and called the warranty dept. directly. Matt, who apparently IS the warranty department, straight up lied several times saying that "it's been too long since the order we cant help you" when there is a 1 year warranty on products and I contacted them the day I received them (and have records to prove it). He also said that "the items are made of aluminum they cant rust" when the packaging clearly states they're made out of steel (in China btw). And also, without even SEEING them, he tells me "they're not defective, just clean them up" over the phone the first time we spoke.

So now, in order to get these items returned I am expected to PAY AGAIN to ship them back, after already paying to ship this garbage here, in HOPES of maybe getting a good product the second time around.

After being lied to, blocked on facebook, and overall just treated terribly, I've calculated 0% chance of getting what I need for my guys to get some good gear.

Overall, terrible product, and even WORSE customer service. I'd give em zero stars if I could. Take your business elsewhere.

Was contacted by NCSTAR willing to help resolve my concerns and replace damaged product. Review increased from 1 to 2 stars - pending receipt of items. Will update again once complete.

Received a satisfactory batch of tools this time around although it took a lot to get there. Was only sent a replacement product after I had agreed the fix my reviews, and then contacted after shipment to "take them down". If I was treated properly as a paying customer with reasonable expectations - these reviews never would have happened. In summary, I would not recommend this company due to poor customer service practices and quality control.

Lifetime warranty but everything is always on back order when you utilize it, leaving you without what you purchased for months! Everything I've ever purchased thus far has failed in some way requiring me to send it to the warranty division for replacement. Pay a little more money to get a little more quality.

Stand up company. I recently lost a cap on my scope deep in the swamps of Florida. Granted, I’ve had this scope on my AR since the early 2000s. I emailed customer service, explained my situation. Without prompt, the representative, Matthew, replied with: “Send me your name and mailing address and I'll send you a replacement battery cap.” Free of charge. I need a reliable scope for my .243 and will now purchase from NcSTAR. Thank you!

Kudos to NcStar for their warranty service. I gave them a call less than two weeks ago asking them if I could purchase an elevation adjustment screw for the laser on one of my VISM units. They not only sent one but two screws, FREE OF CHARGE!!! Can't get much better than that.

2 weeks ago I called about your stuff.I got a guy that was in the Army. Forget his name.
He took LOTS of time to talk to me.Even sent me 20+ pictures he took for me!!!
Nobody does that.

I was concened about quality as your prices are LOW, really really low VS "big brands"
I ( and my entire team of 23) got items,BECAUSE of him...period.
We spent thousands

IMHO the best non big brand you can get (quality,bang for the buck)
Only used once so far, BUT ...you can tell the feel of cheap chinesey junk.Your stuff feels like quality.If the badge said MAX-youknowho or 5.11 youknowwho ...I would not be shocked

Sling pack , I have seen,used or messed with 25+ other sling packs. From really garbage to the big 2-3 brands. Yours seems to be as good....for 5x less cost.

I can go on an on about the bag,running out of time. Bag is perfect. 100% what I wanted.

My team ALL agree with me.We will get more VISM stuff for sure.
I will tell any military or person back in the world VISM is legit.
I have written ( also included this) a review for 2 huge military sites,about your stuff.

Nothing so far

On the fence? BUY THIS STUFF. I would guess this stuff is 80-90% the quality of the big names.At 5-10x LESS cost !
Have questions, want a person that actually helps you? Ask the nice phone lady when your first call for the Army guy in support.

Ok, even though a had a problem with my device right out of the box (VISM VAFLKM) there customer service department tech (Matt) was really quick to respond. like same day/same hour on multiple emails (different days). thats awesome! The product looks cool, its really affordable (i use it for airsoft) so far i love NCSTAR.
