We had a terrible experience.The repairman told us our remote gas starter device needed replacement and would cost about $1500. (I had the original installed 13 years ago and knew this was excessive.) I looked up the gas starter on line and showed it to the repairman. He said it was the correct device so I ordered it. It wasn't. Shipping $50. I had to return it and order the correct unit which was $700. The repairman was at our home about an half an hour but much of the time he was outside on his phone. He left with our unit pulled apart and agreed to come back and install the new device when it arrived. When the new unit arrived we installed it ourselves and paid a service fee of $250 out of courtesy. My advice is to be careful. The only reason I gave one star ....the repairman was on time.

This place is absolutely amazing. I swear that Jason has an "intuition" when it comes to older fireplaces. We thought we would have to board ours up after moving into an older home and having it get red tagged. We were told by other fireplace stores that we would have to replace the entire thing including the fire box. Chancey in the office walked us through all our options, never got tired of answering our questions and was extremely patient.

For the first time in three years we have a working fireplace and we are really going to enjoy it over the holidays.

I can't thank this business enough. We call Jason the "fireplace whisperer" in our home and pay tribute to him every time we turn it on.

Having a working fireplace was such a shock our dog thought she had to protect us from it!

Pleasantly surprised with this company. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I called for an appointment on Wednesday, they came Thursday and were done in a decent amount of time. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They serviced my fireplace, cleaned it and made it work again! I would definitely recommend On Fire, and I will be using them again if needed.

I needed a yearly check up on my gas fireplace and called them for the first time. They were so honest and got the job done. Now, I do want to say, I called in November and they explained that they were very busy with a ton of owners coming back for the 'season' that needed service, but they said they would call and schedule and they did in an appropriate amount of time. Service was great and they told me to call early next year as so many people need service. I now have a note to call them and they said they would call me as well. GREAT company and GREAT customer service! But remember people, it's the Desert and the busy season keeps getting pushed earlier, so don't expect them or anyone to be there in a day! Just a reality check for you all. Highly recommend them. Thanks!
