Call 20 minutes ahead, they happen to have an available boat. Signed on all the liability craps and we’ve been out on the lake. Very nice people, and they work late compared to other places, which is a huge plus if you don’t like to boat at 100 degrees.

I was passing by Havasu from Florida and decided to take a last-minute jet ski ride on the lake. This is your place, they are super professional and friendly, and the jet ski works perfect for 4 hours up on the river. Mark is amazing and super helpful. They also have some nice pontoons for rent there.
Don't waste your time shopping around. This is your place !

They really are the nicest people we have met so far in the rental equipment business. We did rent from over five companies in the 2 weeks that we were in Lake Havasu they were the nicest. Also, it is very straightforward and very quick, with no unnecessary bureaucracy.

My family & I visited Lake Havau last weekend for a getaway & rented a ponoon boat on a Friday. I had previously called 4-5 of the local companies about rentals and after comparing apples to apples, this was the best place. When we arrived, we were greeted by Terry who was nothing short of welcoming and outgoing. We signed the paperwork with his wife, Lauri, who also was upfront, honest, down to earth & pleasant. We were then introduced to Bird who showed us how to operate the boat safely. The whole experience was made easy for us and we were very happy with our choice. The boat was just as expected...well maintained, clean and safe. The entire experience ran smoothly and provided a wonderful experience for our family of four. We were treated fairly and with appreciation. It was so nice to receive good customer service in a world that seems to have forgotten what that means. We have two daughters, 9 & 11 years old, and they also were made to feel appreciated, welcomed and engaged in conversation.

We were so pleased with the experience that we were able to rent a jet ski from them the next day. We found the jet ski to also be in great working condition and it ran smoothly for our entire rental. We would happily rent from them again.

Do not listen to the naysayers out there. There are always going to be people in this world you can't please & I just don't see how anyone could leave a bad review about Terry & Lauri & their company. Thank you for your business and being so helpful, down to earth, welcoming & professional.
