After my experience with apple customer care and the managers at this store I won’t be purchasing Apple products anymore after 20 years. If I were writing a review based upon the associate who assisted me it would be five stars. He was very kind and compassionate, but the management at this store is another story. None would actually come talk to me directly. Now I will have to drive an hour away to be assisted at another store that took their time with me on the phone and come up with a solution. I appreciate the kindness of the store associate who went above and beyond but unfortunately I’m done with Apple.

Dan took care of me. I’m not one to leave reviews, but the customer service was above and beyond what I had initially expected. Apple care was a life saver and restored my phone like new. The genius bar replaced my speaker, battery and display at no cost under apple care warranty, and everything was completed in a timely manner. Staff was considerate and professional. 5 star experience. They got some cool peeps working here .

I got a new iphone not even two weeks ago and it came with a lot of issues (which is not their fault) When I went back yesterday. Even though they promised me and check that my backup is complete and my photos are safe for their troubleshooting. I lost ALL OF THEM that were taken with the new iphone. the person wasn't descriptive and did not check all steps with me and was annoyed by my questions.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I was provided. Not only was the service quick but they whole staff was friendly especially towards my autistic brother. He always asks people their name and usually gets a response with the persons name. Each staff member he asked responded with a smile and asked his name back.

The staff here are phenominal. Fran helped me originally because my phone was completely locked out. All of my passwords to everything including emails, apple ID, work related log-ins, etc. were on my locked phone so I was at a complete loss. I was very very upset because I had to print out directions just to be able to drive to the apple store and I couldn't contact anyone unless they called me or I had use my watch, and I was so scared I wouldn't be able to regain access to my phone. Fran eventually got assistance from two other associates, Zach and another woman with glasses and winged eyeliner, who I feel so bad I can't remember her name but she was absolutely one of the kindest and most caring people ever. I came in about an hour and a half to closing because I had just worked 7-7 and couldn't use my phone for the entire day, and they worked with me until a little after 9 (closing time), which I am forever grateful for. They were able to help me get my phone unlocked at least to be able to use the maps to navigate myself back home. I will be able to reset my apple ID password in two days and finally retrieve my iCloud with all of my stored information. My entire life is on that phone, and they literally saved me and dealt with my heightened emotions due to me working a very long shift and feeling stupid and extremely embarrased for not being able to remember my iPhone password, let alone any other passwords for that matter!! Fran especially was just the sweetest girl ever and was so empathetic and patient with me. Thank you guys so much for dealing with me being so upset and doing everything you possibly could to help me!

some kid john had me waiting by the watch section for 10 minutes and still nobody to complete the sale. all team members standing around doing nothing. I bought my apple watch from a different store

Terrible customer service. Nobody cares. No one can explain anything properly. We waited for about 20 minutes. Then a guy came up to us and looked at his watch every second because it turned out he had to go eat. He didn’t listen to us at all and sighed. He wanted to leave as quickly as possible, but in the end no one solved the problem. Terrible. If your employee is going to lunch, don't send him to clients. The workers just don't care about their jobs or people.
