I tried to visit the store two days in a row following a game I had watched in the same week to immortalize my experience at game by buying a Jersey. I faced such a bad service from staff that I gave up on purchasing the souvenir ti take it back to Brasil. Me and my friends were very disappointed because de NBA and the Nets are great organizations. Hope the service gets better to give fans and shoppers the great NBA experience I encountered at the MSG in 2018.

I went to the store to buy a hoodie and a jersey today, and I asked a male staff that I wanna try the hoodie and jersey very politely. He just yelled at me said that I can not walk in to his area(many times), and "there is no fitting room" loudly (seems like he is busy on arranging the cloth). The attitude is so terrible, as a foreign customer all the way from Taiwan, I shocked. I’m not understand why a staff can do so mean to a customer. But I still bought the cloth in the end because I love nets so much lol.

The stuff is just excellent. One of the best I've ever experienced in any other store. They deserve 5*. But someone needs to deal with the confusion of the opening hours.
I'd love to give more starts, because once I was there it was great customer service provided for me. But its Friday night 6 pm when I come to the store and it's closed to the public because of the game where it is absolutely nowhere any explanation sign about it. Especially when here it say's its open till 7pm. And for a brief moment one person spoke to me from the inside and said they are not even allowed to come outside and explain what is happening. Not OK service when I'm planning to spend obviously not small money in there. Very upsetting especially before holidays

Personal poco agradable y sin demasiadas ganas de colaborar, tuve un problema con un pago de tarjeta y no quisieron escuchar mi reclamación, ahora me encuentro con 2 cargos iguales.
A parte que la tienda es un desbarajuste.
Igualito que antes cuando la tienda era de los nets.

Very unmotivated staff. Ordered a package into the shop, and it took much much longer than initially specified. And after I got the email that my order is ready, I went there and they could not find it. Only after getting into an argument with the store manager they were able to find my order. Won't order/buy anything here again.
