This is a lovely wedding dress experience. My stylist, Caitlin, was exceptionally helpful during my appointment. She encouraged me to try a dress that I hadn't expected myself to like which I ended up buying! Shopping in store was lovely. This is the only shop throughout my experience that had so many dresses available to ship within short notice.

I did have to buy my dress over the phone, which they were very willing to help me with. However, the process was a little disorganized causing some confusion. Luckily the staff was very willing to help resolve the issue.

I highly recommend shopping here to other brides, especially if on a short timeline.

This was my first experience trying on wedding gowns and Liza was the absolute best. Very informative, helped with different styles and options, provided my best friend and I with mini champagne to sip on, just an overall great ambience. She also stayed connected through email after the fact letting me know about prices, deliveries, and answering any questions I may have.

Terrible manager. An item was mislabeled as on sale and the manager refused to honor the price written on the tag, which I know that in other locations if that had happened they would have honored the price due to it being their mistake. The worst part was her not even being apologetic about it. Very rude. Will not be going back to this location due to her behavior.

I got dragged in here, but pretty cool store! The downstairs is massive with a lot of home goods, furniture, bridal, and women’s clothes.

If you're missing what TRUE consumer, customer service and care looks like when shopping at a retail store, then you MUST visit Anthroplogie in NYC on Fulton Street. Why they are exceptional at putting you the customer front and center...It's their INCREDIBLE Store Manager Miss Stephanie. OMG!! She and her staff gave me Goosies; which I love. She's in the weeds with her team, does not treat them as if she's above or better than her team, and shows them how much she values them. Miss Stephanie said to me, that when you treat your employees with respect, value them and really appreciate them genuinely; your turnover rate is miniscule, productivity is high, staffers are superstars, to themselves, their manager and the business you work for; she was so spot on. Duh!!! That is the key, the secret to obtaining great success with your team, productivity and winning reviews; because it shows in action and not words. Congrats Miss Stephanie, for you and your team for rolling out the red carpet during my visit. BTW Shoppers - They have a SALES back room, proceed with caution. Girrl, I plead the 5th!!
