My son is 11 and absolutely loves magic. Found this shop while visiting family and had to go. The store was full of cool magic props. For a brick and mortar store my expectation for customer service is fairly high. Customer service was terrible. My son wanted to see the gymnastics deck of cards, the guy helping said everything is online. Wrong answer! My son was armed with a 50 dollar bill and ready to pull the trigger. After asking if he was sure that was the one, he said, this guy's customer service is terrible, I don't think I want to support this business. I couldn't have agreed more. We promptly left the store and wanted to find a better shop. No internet service. There goes his theory of everything is online. I'm not a negative review guy, but Saturday at 12 noon with bad customer service, not acceptable in my opinion. My 11 year old son was not impressed and he can't wait to spend his earned 50 bucks from doing his own magic shows elsewhere.

We drove 45 minutes each way, eager to pick some tricks out for my child, who is interested in magic. When we explained why were there, The man working at the store turned on a video which showed ten tricks from a particular line for kids, and that was it. No other help, guidance or service of any kind. The man there was friendly and nice, but wildly unhelpful, despite us being the only people in the store. I got the impression he was not familiar with the products in the store. It was frustrating to spend so much time driving to just be shown a video we could have seen on the internet. I try and support local brick and mortar businesses, but given that this store just had me watch videos for customer service, I'll do future shopping online and elsewhere.

This is an amazing magic shop! The owner, Big Guy and his wife, Mary, are literally the nicest business owners in the world. This store is for both the layman or next David Copperfield alike. Truly a great store, owned by great people.

Everyone should stop in and look around and just see what they do-even if you’ve never been into magic or have visited a magic shop, their kindness alone will make your day better❣️

Thank you for your graciousness today with my mom. She loved her ice cream bar and will wear her bracelet everyday. She didn’t stop talking about it the entire drive home. So amazing. We are so glad we stopped in.

We visited this store as a group. There were 3 adults and two children. We made it very clear that we were customers but were treated as a burden by the older man behind the counter. There are too many interactions in this one visit to the store that were overtly disrespectful. Never again. My nephew was so disappointed that is was actually sad.

The best shop for aspiring or experienced magicians in central Wisconsin. My daughter and I drove from Madison, and we were not disappointed. The gentleman behind the counter was knowledgeable and great with kids and adults alike. We will be going back regularly.
